The Fresh Start Program will be offered in Northfield Municipal Court.

Every individual who has outstanding warrants issued for NON-PAYMENT of fines and has their driving privileges suspended, (suspended only for non- payment) will be eligible for the Fresh Start Program. You will be required to:

• pay at least 50% of the total fine amount due in order to resume your payment plan and re-instate your driving privileges.
• come to the Northfield Municipal Court, Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 3:00PM, complete a new payment plan application, disclosing information that would allow the Court to contact you if necessary.
