City Projects

The City of Northfield will be paving Oak Avenue, between Mill Road and Burroughs Avenue, beginning approximately mid August 2023.

Any resident who may need to request a road opening permit for the addition or modification of any new or existing utility service on Oak Avenue between Mill Road and Burroughs Avenue (gas, water, electric, sanitary sewer) will need to do so before paving work commences.

Once this section of the road has been paved it will be under moratorium for any future road openings until December 31, 2028. 

Additional information regarding scheduling will be made available closer to the project commencement date.
